Adaptability, reactivity and flexibility.

Created in 1989, with Jean-Marie and Chantal Robert, La Biscuiterie Fine de France firstly specialized in meringues, offering its products to ice cream manufacturers. The company grew rapidly, taking over a new building as of 1992 in Montat, on the outskirts of Cahors.
Over the years, the company developed its industrial tools and diversified its range in order to meet its clients’ expectations. These new products rapidly came to interest all areas of the food industry, and also supermarkets (bakeries) as well as major players in the catering trade.
In the face of increasing global demand from delicatessens, the biscuit manufacturers also offer packaged products.
The know-how of BFF can be summarized in three words: Adaptability, reactivity and flexibility, giving priority to customer satisfaction.
La Biscuiterie Fine de France has always manufactured and markets products resulting from French know-how, which allows for simultaneously creating small runs of very-specific products while meeting large industrial runs.
